All requests for cancellations are subject to the following deadlines.
Before 18th August 2017 : 100% Refund
Before 4th September 2017 : 50% Refund
From 4th September 2017 : No Refunds
No refunds will be given after 4 September, 2017. Alternatively, you may request for a substitution.

Visitors can attend the GovernmentWare Exhibition on Day 2 and Day 3 at the following timings:
Day 2 (20 September) from 1100hrs – 1700hrs
Day 3 (21 September) from 1100hrs – 1700hrs
Photo ID and business card must be presented upon pass-collection for verification.
Visitor passes are non-transferable.
Tea breaks and lunch will be provided to registered delegates with a Conference pass only.

During event days, a valid photo ID and business card must be presented at the registration counter for verification purposes.
Security measures including photo verification may also be implemented each time you re-enter the venue.
